Nuclear Blast News:

ANTHRAX' 'best of' album "The Greater Of Two Evils" - featuring 14 re-recorded band hits with new vocals by John Bush - will gets in stores today, Monday November 29th. The tracklist contains evergreens from "Fistful Of Metal" (1984), "Spreading The Disease" (1985), "Among The Living" (1987), "State Of Euphoria" (1988) and "Persistance Of Time" (1990).
A very worthwhile investment, by far not only for ANTHRAX fans! "The Greater Of Two Evils" is all in one - music for the last, current & the next generation!

EVIDENCE ONE is the hottest rock act right now! With their new record "Tattooed Heart" they infect rock fans all over the world with their unique, outstanding and ass-kickin' Rock'N'Roll. Great reviews all over the press, which is talking about the best German Hard Rock album since BONFIRE´s "Fireworks" milestone. Now EVIDENCE ONE shot a video for the track "Virus In My Veins",done by Huckleberryking company, who did clips for J.B.O. and others. Vocalist Carsten Schulz called the shootings a real strange experience. "We shot it outside Nürnberg at a deserted factory, where it was nothing but awefully cold! The story was that I was a patient in a sanatarium, the real psycho! I was to be punished by rude wards to be saved and rescued afterwards by a, in fact, beautiful young lady named Sarah. Car chase... me breaking off the straightjacked, real cool! Unfortunately, when I had to break free and had to kick away chairs and stuff, I hurt my right foot that bad, that I could hardly walk the next day, but I had to do all the escape and running scenes the next day! Anyway, especially the performing with the band inside that old facility was awesome! Great video indeed!!! We shot 20 hours on two days."

German Power Metal band GRAVE DIGGER has reveiled more information about the forthcoming new album "The Last Supper", due on January 17th 2005 with an all-in-all running time of 53 minutes. The band itself attests the album to cover "more metal, more passion and more power" than the previous records of GRAVE DIGGER.On February 11th, GRAVE DIGGER will set off for their 25th anniversary tour.

It's done! HAMMERFALL have finished the recordings for their yet untitled new album. This is what guitar player Oscar Dronjak posted on the official HAMMERFALL website: "[.] When I have a bit more distance to the recordings, I will try to describe the contents so you will know what to expect in March. However, I can safely say that if you are a fan of HAMMERFALL, you will not be disappointed this time around, either. We poured our hearts and souls - as well as blood, sweat and tears, mind you - into the production of this record, and I definitely think it shines through: the music is more alive than it ever has been before." On January 31st 2005, HAMMERFALL are going to release a single in advance, titled "Blood Bound"!

The German Metal Commando PRIMAL FEAR is currently working on new song ideas. The songwriting for three titles - named 'Mind Of A Killer', 'Presumed Dead' and 'Seven Seals' - is already finished. Recordings shall take place in April / May 2005 at the House Of Music Studio near Stuttgart, Germany, and Mat will produce the new album again. This time PRIMAL FEAR will work together for the first time with acclaimed sound wizard Charlie Bauernfeind (BLIND GUARDIAN, HALFORD, HAMMERFALL etc.). Charlie will be engineering and co-producing the album. Regarding the album mix, PRIMAL FEAR are in negotiations with some great names of the scene - maybe the band will move to Vancouver, maybe L.A., maybe Stockholm, or Derby - we'll keep you updated. In other news, Randy Black, drummer of PRIMAL FEAR, will hold a workshop in the "Rockland" in Witten, Germany, on December 4th. The event is scheduled to start at 17:00 CET - you can get more information by telephone: +49 (0)2302 76 09 26.
