DISBELIEF have parted ways with guitar player Jan-Dirk Löffler - the split took place by mutual agreement. For the upcoming tour activities of DISBELIEF, the band has hired an old friend: Ex-DISBELIEF guitarist Tommy Fritsch will help the guys out! The new DISBELIEF album "66 Sick" gets in stores on March 14th 2005. On the same day, the NO MERCY FESTIVALS will kick off, check out the tourdates below.

GOTTHARD After their appearance with the Olympia song "One Team One Spirit" on Swiss television during the election of the Swiss sportsman of the year, GOTTHARD got decorated with the "Diamond Award" for 1 million sold albums in their home country Switzerland! The same evening, the band signed a new, long term contract with Nuclear Blast Records. The cooperation will start with a first single, due on April 11th 2005, followed by a new studio album on June 6th 2005. Nuclear Blast Records is very proud of its new signing, especially as GOTTHARD will tie up to "heavier times" with their new songs, ready to show once again that the band ranks among the top of the international Hard Rock league. "We're very excited about the signing of Gotthard. We heard the new material - the power and the quality of the new songs has convinced us completely", says NB label manager Matthias Lasch about the new cooperation.

HAMMERFALL have anounced the title for their forthcoming album, which will be: "Chapter V: Unbent, Unbowed, Unbroken". The album will be released on March, 7th, being produced and mixed by Charlie Bauerfeind (Blind Guardian, Helloween and others), who already worked with the band on their "Crimson Thunder" album. "Blood Bound" will be released as a single first, coming out on January, 31st. The band has recently shoot a video for the track as well, which was done in their hometown of Gothenburg.

Finnish Death metallers OMNIUM GATHERUM have been confirmed as participants at a Dimebag tribute concert in Helsinki, Finland, on January 15th 2005. Other acts to show up will be CHILDREN OF BODOM, THUNDERSTONE, AMORAL and more. German Metal Commando PRIMAL FEAR has hired one of the most respected Soundwizards of today in Mike Fraser (AC/DC, METALLICA, VAN HALEN, AEROSMITH, THE CULT, SLIPKNOT) to mix their forthcoming yet untitled album.´The new album is scheduled for October 2005 - PRIMAL FEAR will start recording in April/May 2005 at the House Of Music Studio in Germany, with producer Mat Sinner and new collaborator co-producer Charlie Bauerfeind (BLIND GUARDIAN, HALFORD, HAMMERFALL etc.)
